We hope you all had a great time at 2025 BevTech! Now that we’re back and recharged, we’d like to reconnect and share what’s coming out of our Technical Committee following the conference. 

This meeting is a get-together to catch up, talk through upcoming plans, and most importantly—hear from you. What’s on your mind? Are lingering flavors and carry-over pungency a challenge in your operations? Got other concerns you'd like to see the committee explore this year?
