Antoine is a Process & Sales Manager with more than a decade of experience in industrial liquid purification for the beverage, fermentation, and bio-based industries. He is a recognized expert in downstream processing technologies including membrane filtration, ion exchange, and chromatography, applied to complex liquid streams.

A core part of his expertise lies in the purification of sweeteners, both conventional and next-generation. He has extensive experience with traditional sugar streams such as beet and cane sugar, sucrose liquors, and liquid sugars, as well as with more advanced sweetener platforms including polyols and high-intensity sweeteners. His work addresses key industrial challenges such as impurity removal, color and ash reduction, fractionation, yield optimization, and overall process robustness.

Operating at the interface between process engineering and business development, Antoine supports clients from early feasibility and lab work through piloting, scale-up, and full industrial implementation. He regularly leads techno-economic evaluations, designs scalable purification schemes, and ensures alignment between process performance, operability, and commercial constraints.

He has contributed to numerous international projects across North America, Europe, and Asia, working with large industrial groups as well as innovative biotech and fermentation companies. His approach is pragmatic and data-driven, with a strong focus on reliability, scalability, and long-term performance of industrial assets.

Based in the United States, Antoine is actively engaged with the industrial beverage and fermentation community, contributing hands-on insight into downstream processing and sweetener purification technologies.
