Jemima has been working internationally on the development of efficient networks for capture, re-use and permanent removal of CO2 for 20+ years in the UK and Europe, Asia and the US. She brings her experience in all things CO2 management to the beverage industry with her new venture Cork and Capture Ltd; which provides local networks for beverage producers to capture and re-use or remove their fermentation CO2. Cork and Capture is active in the UK and currently expanding into France, New Zealand and the USA.
